salam alekum, mahmoud!! thanks for writing back. well, of course i know better than to think this is true islam, but it is sad to see. i've been following the international news, and it seems things just get worse and worse. isreal and hezbollah,....iran and its nuclear program,....iraq is
still a BIG mess. what do you think about iran's nuclear program??? do you think it is really for electricity????

aside from that i have a new girlfriend who is really, really great. i only met her 4 weeks ago, but i have a feeling this is the girl i will marry eventually.

how much longer will you be in portugal??? will you go back to iran after portugal????

About Nuclear Power/Bomb, I think they want to make Bomb, but if you ask me if i am in favor of them, that would be a very hard question for me. Because it is not a matter of 0 and 1.

I am not in favor of our government, because we don't have a real democracy in IRAN, and we don't have freedom, and etc..., right now western countries put pressure on them for more democracy and human rights in IRAN, and sometimes they should accept. But suppose they have nuclear Bomb! Then no one can tell them anything about democracy , when they are power full enough that not scare from western governments, then they do eth they want with people, they can kill put them in jails and ...

But this is not the whole story. Because noone belive in President Bush when he speak of democracy for IRANIANS. They say they dont think of democracy and peace, It is very visible that they just want to dominate the world!! and democracy is just to make a reason for it.
They kill to many pepole in Lebonon, and USA is in favor of them.
Other issue is that at least IRAN is the most democratic country in middle east, none of other countries are as democratic as IRAN, (even in iran still its not good situation of democracy), in most of arabic countries wemon can not vote and even they can not drive, they can not work outside in places which men are available, IRAN is not like this at all. Did you ever heard an iranian do theroristic attackts? all of them are from saudi arabia, jordan or Pakistan. but USA is just putting pressure on IRAN, so it means they are not looking for democracy! They are looking for dominating IRAN. I hope you understand that while lots of pepole was killed in Lebonon, UN did not make any decision against war and they delayed making decisions for 2 weeks, and lots of pepole killed, but they had time to discuss about iranian nuclear program!!!

So you are in chicago right now. That's great. it seems you are going to stay there after to many travel. Am i right? like you i love travelling to much, but after a while you may need a stable life for some years.
